A vibrant ruby-red wine from Sardinia with aromas of marasca cherry, plum, berries and subtle spices. Soft, balanced and gently tannic, with a long, pleasant finish. Excellent with braised meats, lamb stews, flavorful sauces, fish soup and aged cheeses, especially Pecorino.
