On the palate it is full-bodied and elegant, offering a harmonious balance between richness, freshness and gentle oak influence. The finish is long, persistent and beautifully textured. A sophisticated Grechetto that shines alongside creamy pastas, white meats, grilled fish and flavorful mature cheeses.
